The Link Manifold system is one of the easiest and more compact ways to introduce the correct polymer to treat turbid water. The key elements to an efficient system are turbulent water flows to aid in mixing, proper dosage of polymers to volume of water being pumped, and making sure the proper amount of reaction time is achieved. The Link Manifold system takes much of the guess work out of the system.

Although the Link Manifold has been one of the easiest and more compact ways of treating turbid water, the next step is flocculated particle collection. Once treated, the water can be discharged into a simple particle capture system using jute, burlap, or coconut natural fibers. This is a critical component in dewatering that allows the operator to adjust and manipulate water quality and maintenance frequency.

Open ditches to collect particles are not practical on all sites and maintenance, along with clean out of these ditches, can become time consuming and inefficient. The Floc Pit system is a robust completely portable, rentable option for particle collection. It can be set up on nearly any site in less than an hour and is ideal when a particle capture system must accommodate higher volume or becomes too involved.
